I have found another store bought dairy and soy free bread - Rudi's Organic Bakery Country Morning White Bread. I found it last weekend at Whole Foods and went back a few days later to buy a few more loafs to store in our freezer. Rudi's is a company based in the US and all of their products are both dairy and egg free. I am so excited about this find, because the bread has a similar texture and taste to "normal" store bought white bread. A ate her first sandwich this weekend - egg salad and enjoyed it (i.e. she ate more than 2 bites! - success in my book!!).

We have had Rudi's a few times, they are availible in a few Canadian stores as well.
Karen - can I ask where you found Rudi's? I have only been able to find it at Whole Foods and it is a bit of a drive from where we live... I emailed them but have not heard back.
Whole Foods as well, for me the nearest Whole Foods is in the next town. I only go to Whole foods if I can combine it with another erand close by. You can request them at your nearest Health Food store, you never know.
Thanks Karen. I don't mind making the trip now and then (I love walking around that store - but I usually end up buying more than I came for!) and my husband doesn't work too far away - so I can always send him on errands! I may request them at our local Health Food store - great idea.
